- Neighborhood Services Information
The purpose and function of Neighborhood Services is to preserve the appearance and property value of existing housing through efficient code enforcement. The program is designed to help residents identify and correct violations which detract from the safety, value and appearance of their home, neighborhood and community. Construction and Neighborhood Services works closely with all residents to bring into compliance any properties that do not meet the standards of the City's Ordinances. Typical violations include: abandoned vehicles, property in state of disrepair, unkempt property, tall weeds, illegal signs, building and/or remodeling without a permit.
